Time is Energy

you can't trust me to make a real drawing with straight lines and cool shading, ever. not now, nope. but hey at least I drew something original.
This is an unnamed character with a full sobstory like usual, but unlike usual, I'm just gonna give the stuff out here, not to mention in a super duper extremely informal format, yay! I spoke of some of this to someone but then changed a bunch of stuff.

Basically, she has really strong time powers, and can make any object(or many objects, depending on how OP it is I guess) move through time individually. Time's an aspect that can seriously be manipulated if you think about it. If you have a small power source that can only become big over time, it can be made bigger faster with a little boost. If you wanna get somewhere soon, speed up the time in that specific area. You hate someone, force them to age until they are nothing but ashes. [Insert clock guy from Don't Hug Me I'm Scared here.]
And others knew of this ability, so shit happened.
She has a brother too, he plays a pretty big role. hey lets see how many times I can curse in one sentence After a confrontation with some douchebags, he, also having powers although of another sort, loses his shit and everyone gets fucked up. He drops his sister off at some doctor guy's place (of course, this guy said no because gee this kid is a mad murderer with powers and shit, but he pleaded and said that if he helped her, he would leave and never bother anyone again. So the doctor man took care of her for a bit.
Until the royal buttlords show up and take her away, back to some facility where they keep her in some indefinite coma in which she doesn't seem to age much because time stuff, and over the course of many years develop technology where they can augment her abilities and use them to power everything in the capital. The place becomes the center for technological advancement, and no one ever knows about her. The country begins finding ways to control things, eventually it falls into a state of overly controlled imperialism(totally not using the right terms here. The place gets bad. People hate the place. It looks like some kind of steampunk distopia.) The energy is then put to powering weaponry and other such things.
Neighboring peoples discover that they have the chance to take down the corrupted empire by taking out it's source of energy, and they send their best person to infultrate the building they believe it would be most likely to be in. A woman who I gotta draw but god damn how. so much to draw.  so little time.
Obvious and possibly cliche stuff happens, she gets the hell out of there with the girl, the power supply drops or goes away or something(so I don't think I thought that bit through, I'll think of things. Its confusing but time deals with that). They stick together and play keep-away with bad guys doing odd jobs like it's no big deal. Little one stays kawaii and big one stays sugoi, slaying bitches killing dragonshahaha i wanna play skyrim
